As an accredited school of public health, the Rollins School of Public Health is required to collect data on the employment of its graduates. We need your help
in completing this requirement.
If you are still currently seeking employment or have plans other than employment, we still need your information. This Graduate Information Survey has 4 - 14
questions and should take less than 10 minutes of your time. All data reported in this form, with the exception of contact information for those indicating
they would like to assist RSPH as alumni, will be reported in aggregate form only.
