Position Description: Under the general supervision of Health Commissioner or designee this incumbent provides technical support and expertise relating to Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) and Office of Communication to members of the general public and all City of Cincinnati employees. Performs advanced level-professional work involving the application of independent judgment to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, which may include personnel management, budget development/ administration, program planning; management or organizational analysis studies, and other related administrative duties; and conducts a variety of professional level analytical and technical activities. Performs related duties as required. This employee will lead, review and manage all accreditation activities for the Cincinnati Health Department related to accreditation by the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university in Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences, Public Health or closely related field preferred. OR Three (3) years of full-time, paid experience supervising or managing a program is required. Experience with the PHAB accreditation process is preferred.
