Position Description: Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Clinical Innovations Officer of C-TAC, the Research Analyst will provide services to C-TAC and C-TAC Innovations including: • Conduct an environmental scan of the measures, both transactional and personally reported (e.g., patient or family satisfaction), that monitor past, present and future performance of the nation’s commitment to advanced illness and end-of-life care, in order to improve care delivery for the advanced illness population nationwide. Other assignments as directed by Chief Clinical Innovations Officer, consistent with the mission of C- TAC described above. • All work products will be the sole possession of C-TAC and/or C-TAC Innovations and not subject to sharing or distribution without the expressed written consent of C-TAC.

Time, Duration and Site of Employment: • The project is expected to be completed in 400 hours (e.g., 10 weeks) or less. Working remotely may be possible for exceptional candidates.

Salary and Benefits: • Compensation consistent with work experience and documented productivity • Part-time, short-term consultancy without benefits.

Qualifications: Qualifications: • Highly collaborative and committed personal style, with experience in implementing independent research projects, preferably related to healthcare • Self-starter; capable of working independently but with strong support and guidance from experienced leadership. • Excellent writing and communication skills required. Experience with SAS or similar statistical programs preferred. • Ability to collaborate effectively with C-TAC, and external organizations and individuals • Self-starter, able to work independently yet collaboratively with others
