Position Description: Faculty Position in HIV research

The Department of Medicine, Georgetown University Medical Center invites applications for a research-track Assistant Professor specializing in HIV epidemiology. This position is located in the Division of Infectious Diseases and works full time with the Women’s Interagency HIV Study (WIHS). Candidates should have a PhD in epidemiology or a closely related discipline such as public health and/or biostatistics. Research experience in HIV/AIDS is a must; research focus in co-morbidities and aging is desirable. We are looking for an early- to mid-career investigator who will develop a collaborative and dynamic research portfolio in collaboration with WIHS investigators and external collaborators. A robust publication record and evidence of multidisciplinary collaboration is required.
