Position Description: The Task Force for Global Health is offering a fellowship opportunity to a graduate student from June – August 2017. Fellows will have an opportunity to: •Work as part of an ongoing Task Force program •Become exposed to a pressing global health issue •Become familiar with working with coalitions and collaborative concepts •Work with a supervisor who is interested in mentoring

Qualifications: APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Fellowship applicants should meet the following qualifications:

•Pursuing a graduate degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public health, data analytics or a related field •Strong analytical skills – and previous experience analyzing and interpreting social data •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English •Expertise with tools to analyze social data: Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills •Interest in working in global or public health and/or international development •Experience working in communications/marketing and/or global or public health

Organization Description: The Task Force for Global Health is an Emory University affiliate located in Decatur, GA. Its eight programs focus on building durable public health systems that serve all people. Focus areas include neglected tropical diseases, vaccines, and health systems strengthening. The Task Force received the 2016 Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize–the world's largest award of its kind–in recognition of its extraordinary contributions to alleviating human suffering.
