Position Description: Position Summary: The Program Director, Consumer Engagement Projects, performs and supports work activities related to designated programs or special projects. This role reports to a Project Director and is responsible for the development and execution of company-wide projects. Projects may fall under health services administration or research administration. Roles and Responsibilities ? This role impacts a range of internal and external stakeholders (customers, operational, project and service activities within project team and other related teams) and is responsible for effective day-to-day management of assigned special project(s) ? Responsible for setting-up and scheduling communication among project’s stakeholders which may include Project’s Advisory Committee, Task Force, HMA staff and other non-HMA staff. ? Schedules, coordinates stakeholders, and may attend some or all assigned project’s site visits. ? Active participation in planning, implementation of planning and coordination of assigned project’s workshops involving relevant stakeholders. ? Active role in writing, editing, and publishing various documents related to the site visits, final reports, and related series of recommendations. ? Work with Project Director, clients, HMA and non-HMA stakeholders to implement project initiatives, develop content and communication plans specific to the audiences and partner with all parties/departments/vendors involved in the project to ensure collaboration. ? Regularly review and report outcome measures on assigned project(s) that are in process or have been implemented. Identify any gaps or process improvement initiatives and develop actions plans, as needed, to close identified gaps. Audit and monitor the progress of assigned project(s) and associated action plans for short and long- term goals. Identify and notify Project Director when additional resources or alternative strategies are needed for the project. ? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ? Project management capabilities; ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with all organizational levels, including high level executives; ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop and present program content; ? Time management and organizational skills necessary; ? Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. ? Ability to create and layout documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Education/Experience: ? 2 to 4 years of experience in a related position, healthcare experience required; ? Master’s degree required; ? Relevant experience in program/project coordination or management, or other content development and delivery preferred. Travel Requirements ? Travel involves attendance at selected meetings and site visits. Travel may comprise approximately 25-30% of overall time but a higher percentage in any given week.
