Position Description: The ideal candidate is driven, creative, and comfortable working on multiple time-sensitive projects. He/she thrives in a team environment and can take ownership of the work, using good judgment to effectively execute multiple tasks. Drawing on demonstrated skill and experience with digital communications platforms, he/she will: • Support digital marketing and content strategies, initiatives, and projects; • Develop and disseminate multimedia and digital communications products; • Produce and edit video scripts and assets; • Assist with digital content and asset management; • Assist with brand management; and • Help coordinate and deploy marketing communications with high-profile clients.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations

Digital Communications Partner with clients and strategists to help define the best solution for communications challenges

Serve as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Maintain project work plans, schedules, and timelines.

Effectively communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders. .

Content Marketing

Propose content for online marketing campaigns Develop content for multimedia, websites, social media, and traditional media Participate in media outreach and digital partnership engagement Use audience data, web analytics, social media metrics, & media monitoring insights to evaluate ongoing efforts and recommend changes to existing strategies Content Development for Health Communications Develop content for health-related reports, trainings, curricula, guides, and infographics Write and edit scripts for PSAs, online videos, documentaries, short- and long-form video projects, and interactive trainings

Create messages and calls to action for web pages, apps, and social media

Write copy for print advertising, press releases, announcements, and outreach materials Contribute to the instructional design of health education products and trainings

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or English • 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations preferably with agency experience • Deep knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube), engagement strategies, and how they can be deployed to meet strategic goals • Expertise in organic and paid content strategies across search and social media • Skills to drive, evaluate, and enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Experience managing multiple projects and resources simultaneously  • Experience communicating information and ideas across media and platforms
